RETURN POLICY
The Gem Guy 9 will accecpt returned products within 30 days of original purchace.Returned products must be in original condition, not showing any damage and include all packaging, envelopes, boxes etc. Insurance coverage must be for full value of return items and The Gem Guy 9 is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.Upon receiving and processing your return, we’ll exchange, replace or credit via original payment method within 5 business days.Addidional fees may apply for abuse of return privileges, not following guidelines, or shipping back of unaccepted items.
Shipping and Delivery
At this time, Ray's House of Gems ships merchandise to locations within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. Ray's House of Gems does not ship to international locations at this time. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Sales Tax
Ray's House of Gems charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Website to Arizona Residents only. The sales tax is based on the applicable state and city sales tax rate in Scottsdale, Arizona. Sales tax is not charged to customers in other states.
